The guitarists here at Sweetwater aren't entirely sure how Marshall pulled it off, but the 1960AV skillfully packs '80s-era sonic characteristics into a '60s-style enclosure. This 4 x 12-inch extension cabinet is loaded with Marshall G12 Vintage by Celestion speakers, instilling it with loads of low-end thump and high-end sizzle. The 1960AV boasts an angled design, infusing it with a brighter sound than its straitlaced counterpart.
