The Dreadbox Psyclop multi-use I/O pedal brings unity and purpose to complex signal chains with analog mixing and streamlined routing. These control options are not only ripe for pedalboards and desktop rigs, but also can expand the functions of Dreadbox effects with CV ins and outs. The Dreadbox Psyclop features a footswitchable FX loop for TS signals, plus a convenient blend control that adjusts the wet/dry mix. Dual mixer knobs let users trim or boost signals up to 20dB, making for highly interactive output that handles single effects as well as lengthy chains. What’s more, Dreadbox users at Sweetwater are elated by the Psyclop’s unique expression pedal connectivity, which uniquely lets you convert foot pedal movements into CV signals. This novel addition unlocks new interactions with compatible Dreadbox effects and Eurorack modules, such as the Treminator analog tremolo or Eudemonia dual filter. The Psyclop’s pair of 3.5mm CV ins and outs allows for robust signal chain experimentation that breaks typical boundaries between the world of guitar stompboxes and analog synthesis.
